Beautiful, home across from Harvey's Lake. Enjoy lovely views of the lake from the large, prow front deck, complete with gas grill and patio set. Master suite with bedroom and full bathroom upstairs. Two bedrooms and full bath on 1st floor. Open area includes kitchen, dining room and living room. Cable TV and Private Beach access with lifeguard on duty. Fishing/hiking/boating/huskiing and hunting available in winter. Close to Ricketts Glenn State Park, Seven Tubs State Park, Francis Slocum State Park, Mohegan Sun Casino, Montage Mountain Skiing, Snowboarding, Water Park and the Shops at Montage. Hill Side Farms is a perfect place to take the kids with petting zoo, ice cream, shops and beautifully restored glass hot houses. So much to do!

This was a vacation we were hoping for-by the lake! Catherine was very sweet and had some suggestions for places to visit too, like a huge farmers market and gift shop. Ricketts Glen is close and a beautiful place to hike. Thank you for everything!

Peaceful Rest

I enjoyed my time staying here for a few days. Great location, quite location and I really enjoyed the walks around the lake. Catherine was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. I'd stay here again.

We absolutely love this lake house! This is our second summer staying here, and it’s quickly becoming a favorite tradition. Catherine is incredibly kind and accommodating, which makes the experience even better. We’re lucky to live just 30 minutes away, already looking forward to next summer!

GOOD EXPERIENCE

MY SISTER S AND THEIR SPOUSES WERE VERY COMFORTABLE, I LIVE 1 MILE AWAY SO THEY ONLY SLEPT AND SHOWERED AND HAD COFFEE AT THE CHALET, NO NEED T COOK AND GRILL BUT EVERYONE WAS COMFORTABLE.

Wonderfull Chalet / Great view of the lake

We traveled to Harvey's Lake to spend Christmas with our adult daughters. Catherine had set up a small Christmas tree for us . Even with the frigid cold we had a wonderful family Christmas. We love Harvey's Lake and have fond memories of keeping our boat there for 25yrs. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. We have rented it 3 times and would highly recommend renting it. This house is my first choice when travelling back to PA.

Harvey's Lake July 2020

We enjoyed our stay! The house was as advertised...spacious and clean. It made s nice central location for our trips for hiking, fishing, and kayaking. It was unfortunate that the nearby public beach was closed (thanks, Covid) but we were able to use another one easily. The owner was very helpful and informative...and I asked LOTS of questions. :) Altogether a nice few days away from all the crazy. Thank yoi!

Wedding weekend in the mountains

The home was beautiful, well supplied with linens, pots , pans and anything else you would need to have an enjoyable stay at the lake house. We enjoyed our mornings at the private beach the kids and adults had a blast we all even went off the diving board and down the slide. Reliving our youth lol . We will defiantly rent again next year and bring our grandchildren from S.C. Catherine was a gracious host,our nephew who was first to arrive met Catherine in person and she gave him the grand tour. We could have not asked for a better family fun long weekend.

We had an amazing and relaxing stay! The outdoor space was perfect and the view of the lake was gorgeous. House was clean and had everything you might need! We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was adorable. Super clean and the host had everything you needed. Best view on the lake and great pricing. We cant wait to come back and enjoy the lake again. Perfect for our pups too. More people should make their places pup friendly. Best trip ever.

Family visit

We had a great time visiting with our adult children and grand babies. The location was perfect and the beach area was enjoyed by the adult children. Communication with the hostess was very easy as well. Lake Harvey was beautiful.

Beautiful lake home with amazing views

This beautiful home provided my family with the perfect place to stay for our son’s college graduation. Fully equipped kitchen, huge deck with amazing views, cute loft master bedroom overlooking the downstairs area. Cathy was responsive, helpful, and an overall wonderful host. Everything we could have needed was provided, from paper towels to dishes to toiletries—so thoughtful!

Great weekend get away

We came up for girls weekend and to hike Ricketts Glenn and we had an amazing time. The house is in a great location and the view of the lake is amazing from he sunny and roomy deck. The house is very nice and well kept with an open floor plan which worked great for our group. The house was clean and check in and check out was easy. We had a minor mid communication about extra sheets and pillows and where to find them. The host is responsive and helpful. I would stay again!!
