Come enjoy our wonderful creekside cabin which sits on 4.5 acres and is within 2 miles of Ricketts Glen State Park.

This small, newly updated, cabin is surrounded by Mountain View’s, open air, and creekside perfection! It’s a great space for 4 people to get away and enjoy nature.

The cabin has all modern amenities - wifi, air conditioning, DISH TV, fully stocked kitchen (utensils, place settings, glasses, cooking utensils, pots/pans), outdoor fire pit, large screened in porch, hammock, wifi (starting 2/20) and gas grill. There is 1 bedroom downstairs (Queen) and 1 enclosed loft bedroom upstairs (1 Queen and 1 Twin). The living area is open with vaulted living/dining area ceilings and a full bath and kitchen.

Enjoy the many nature loving locations nearby –
- Ricketts Glen (2 min), State Gamelands #13 (10 min), Worlds End (30 min) – for hiking
- Frances Slocum (20 min) – swim in the pool and go boating
- Moon Lake (20 min) – go fishing and biking. FALLS TRAIL SYSTEM UPDATE: As of 4/1/25, the Falls Trail system is now fully open for the summer season with no restrictions. Please make sure you wear proper footwear for the rugged terrain (hiking boots, not flip flops or sneakers), bring plenty of water, know and do not exceed your physical ability level, and plan your route so you end up back where you parked.

Girls Weekend

This was the perfect place to stay! We were minutes away from Ricketts Glen State Park! We used the screen in porch as a place to do yoga during the rain - it was paradise.

Lovely cabin for retreat in the woods

The cabin was clean and just as advertised. It was quiet and gave wonderful access to the creek and woods. The screened in porch was a favorite spot. Located within a 5 minute drive to Ricketts Glen to sew the beautiful falls. Would love to stay again. Highlt recommend.

Great place to stay.

Perfect place to stay for easy access to Ricketts Glen and surrounding hiking options. The home is well kept and had everything we needed. Camp fire pit outside was a big plus as well. Property manager was responsive and great to deal with. Whenever I make it back to the area I would definitely book it again.

Great Property

We had such a great time at this property. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed being able to "disappear" to her own private island in the backyard. The house had everything we needed and then some. The queen bed upstairs is definitely for those that enjoy a firmer mattress, but besides that, everything was AMAZING. Oh, and there's a guy just up the street selling firewood (with the large wooden teepee) who's super friendly and has an adorable pup. We will definitely book another stay next time we're in the area.

Anniversary Getaway

We had an amazing stay at Creekside Cabin! We conquered the waterfalls at Ricketts Glen and celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary! The cabin was the perfect place for us!! Thanks for a memorable home away from home!
