Charming Lake House Cottage with beach access and lake view

Well groomed & behaved dogs permitted additional fees apply, must disclose prior to reservation.Three level home with lake view from large deck on top floor off the master suite. The main floor has a front covered porch with a partial view. The back of the property has a lawn off the covered furnished patio. There are three sleeping areas, 2 bedrooms two bathrooms and the lower level has washer dryer bathroom two entry's, wet bar and fireplace. Ample parking, private Sandy beach with large dock, lifeguard, sliding board into lake, Adirondack chairs and flotation devices are provided with out cost. The aesthetics of the home are a mix of cottage and modern furnishings with clean nice open floor concept. Please make an inquiry IF you are interested in reserving the property for a stay thank you. No Phishing or internet scams are to contact me. Minimum age to rent is 25, exceptions made upon request. Check in time is negotiable, arriving later than agreed time will result in additional charges per hour.

Our home away from home

We found the property as the name says, a Charming LakeHouse Cottage. The property was very clean and well furnished with everything you would need. A great lake view from the upstairs balcony. The newly updated patio provided extra space and was perfect especially with the rainy weather we had. The accommodations were comfortable especially the beds! I would highly recommend this property.

Great location

The house was adorable and very close to the lake. Renter was friendly. We were disappointed that in the pictures there is a hot tub but we were sad to find out there was no water in it. If it is not functioning you may want to remove the pictures. Overall we had a great time!

Had a great stay

Great location and walking distance to the swimming area. Disappointed we couldn't rent a boat and go on the lake but that is not the property owners fault. Not a lot to do in the area. Ricketts Glen is not far away and took a walk on the trail to the water falls Beware as this is a brutal walk if you are not in perfect condition. Met friends and family there so we had a good time playing games, etc. Great big table in dining room for this.

relaxing weekend, too short

Charming 2 bedroom cottage that is well maintained by Beth. We stayed in April so I would love a return trip in the summer when we could play at the lake. Cottage has everything you need. Beth is gracious enough to provide towels and bed linens so that was a real plus! Kitchen is wonderful with just about everything you need. We only cooked breakfast during our stay and went out for dinner. The basement has a wonderful gas fireplace and a pull out couch to accommodate more people should you need it. The washer and dryer in the basement would have been very convenient if we had stayed longer. The hot tub looked very inviting but it seemed it was a seasonal thing. There are a number of great little mom and pop places to eat and drink at around the lake. All in all a great stay.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean and had everything we needed. We were there in late November but it made us want to come back and take advantage of all it has to offer when the weather is warmer.
