Absolutely loved the house and the location. Completely fenced yard for the dogs, everything was within walking distance, including beautiful Kings Beach. The house, I'll call it rustic-chic, is top notch. Loved all the materials used, had all the amenities we needed. We will be back!

Great location, well appointed

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. Gina was extremely responsive to the few questions that we had, but really everything was laid out so as not to need any assistance while we were there. The house is spacious and extremely well appointed, especially in the kitchen. Lots of outdoor space and a completely fenced in yard for dogs. Easily walkable into town and to the beach. Ample parking in the garage and driveway. Makes it such a convenient place to stay. Definitely hope to be back!

Amazing stay

Brand new house with very modern qualities fixtures throughout. Owner was very responsive to questions. Probably the best vacation home we have stayed at for a long time.

Excellent Kings Beach Location

Beautiful home within walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Gina the host was very responsive. The home was spacious enough for our family of 5 and had all the supplies we needed. We enjoyed walking with our kids to the beach playground and restaurants.

We live in Truckee CA only 20 minutes from our home in Kings Beach so we also can enjoy Lake Tahoe. I manage and clean the property myself to ensure the property will have everything it needs for incoming guests and also have the property sterilized and clean.

Why they chose this property

This property is brand new built by myself and my husband. It has a nice open floor plan and a fenced in yard. The lake is close enough to pack your things and walk to so that you don't have to worry about parking.
