About this property

Charming lakeside cottage to watch nature play

We love our cottage because it's set right in the quaint little town - a hop skip and jump to the bakery, ice cream and coffee shops and great little restaurants but feels extremely private. The views from our cozy front porch make us never want to leave. We get a regular show of ever changing wildlife. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet and safe. My friends say it reminds them of a place a Hallmark movie would be made, and then... a movie was made next door this past winter :)

The beds are comfy and decor is modern but
homey. Fishing is right out the front door. In the evenings, we cast a line from the shore.

Secluded jewel

The cottage was very clean and inviting, with beautiful decor and special touches. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was very well outfitted, at a beautiful location. All of which made for a memorable experience.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay was incredible! The location on the lake was amazing and allowed our family time to play in the snow. The house is so inviting and we felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. Carmen was a phenomenal host, and we thank her so being so gracious.

Coziest cottage ever!

Stayed for a girls weekend & we loved it. Cottage is clean. Location is great. Love that it’s on a peaceful cul de sac overlooking the lake. Definitely recommend & would stay again!

Our group of 4 enjoyed the charm, comfort , and beauty. The porch and campfire area are private oases with stunning scenery. We walked to the local pub for a delicious old fashioned.

Hidden Gem in Florence

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable, well stocked and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to several places for coffee, breakfast and more. Our favorite activity was enjoying coffee on the covered porch overlooking the lake every morning.

Lakeside cottage

We really enjoyed our stay and had a fun time exploring the area. House has everything you need and there is nothing better than enjoying your morning coffee with a lake view and hummingbirds. :)

Lovely and homey place to stay. Had s'mores around the fire pit, had a family reunion in Michigan, family visited and played games here and loved it!!! Will stay again!! Very responsive owners.

Great View

Sitting on the porch looking at the lake in the morning with a cup of coffee here is just perfect. Brought the family up for a small vacation before going back to school and had an amazing time. Fishing is good. Beds are comfortable. The place is just wonderful. Will definitely be staying again.

This house had everything we needed for our two night stay. It is beautifully decorated and the location by the water is amazing for relaxing views and a quiet neighborhood. We would consider staying again if in the area.

Great Place on a quite lake

We found the place very clean and relaxing. It has the feeling of privacy while being close to the downtown businesses. The house is very comfortable and the town is a very friendly place. Our host was very kind and responsive to any questions we had. We hope to be able to stay again and would highly recommend this place .
