Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven and refrigerator (freezer). The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

Montieri, district of Grosseto. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a track (rubble or gravel). Parking on the street in front of the house. Parking partially covered.
