Not a bad little place

We rented this house for the week to be able to spend time with our daughter, son-in-law, and new grandson who live down the street. The house was clean and comfortable. I knew it was a bit small based on the description but the kitchen was smaller than I imagined. Only one person could fit at a time which was fine. The master bedroom is spacious and all the beds are the adjustable kind which was nice and all very comfortable. I wish there had been at least one nightstand in the master room. Only one of the bedrooms had nightstands which is a little odd but not the end of the world. The screened-in porch was a lovely addition, however, if I didn't grab our folding chairs from home, we would not have been able to enjoy it as there is no outdoor seating. Also, the back deck that extends off the screened-in porch is a great space to be able to grill out but again, no seating and no grill. Would be a wonderful addition in my opinion. Make sure you read all the documents you are sent as there are many rules the owner would like you to follow, including not having any visitors, which almost ruined our trip since we were there to visit with our family who lives in a very small apartment that can't accommodate visitors. After a few messages back and forth with the owner they allowed us to have them over for a few hours throughout the week. Overall, I would stay here again.
