Great location, clean and beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay. There was a period if no internet, but they had their provider come out asap and fix. Communication was great the whole time. Bedding was very comfortable and it is a great location to explore Clarksville and Nashville.

Wonderful family gathering

From the moment we booked this property, Liz communicated with us and was very professional. Walked in the front door, opened the blinds on the back door and saw a couple of deer outback checking us out like we were watching them. Enjoyed our coffee on the back deck, enjoyed our meals in the nook and suppers at the dining room table. We would definitely stay here again. The floor plan was perfect for us.

Great place for a quick getaway!

This house was perfect for a weekend stay with friends! Felt very comfortable, house was clean, safe neighborhood, plenty of space, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for staying in to cook. Beautiful outside seating area for morning coffee. Owners easy to communicate with and accommodating.Would highly recommend!

Welcoming home family reunion

The Madison Street Retreat was beautiful, comfortable, and in an excellent location for all our needs and wants. The layout of the home was perfect even for our little granddaughter who had ample room to play. The wonderful front and back porches are perfect for gathering and relaxing. Before we arrived we did have some questions about specific needs and Liz was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We definitely recommend The Madison Street Retreat and also plan to return!

Coldest day of the year on Thanksgiving day so far and the heat did not work, owner did get service tech there the following day and heater worked for 3 hours and stopped working again. We had to purchase portable heaters to stay warm. Also no wifi access the entire 4 days, and nobody came to fix the issue. we had to use my mobile Hotspot the entie time which exceeded my data usage extremely. I spent much money trying to accommodate my family beacause of lack of normal working functionality. We travel to Clarksville each year to spend Thanksgiving with our grandkids and this was definitely the worst experience we had.

Ft. Campbell family visit

The property was beautiful, the porch over looking the yard was so wonderful to relax on, so peaceful. We were able to cook meals with ease and spend much needed time with our soldier. Only issue was the internet was difficult to log on and stay connected, making it challenging for our grad student to use a laptop or watch TV. Otherwise no issues and would 100% recommend the property to others. Convenient to downtown and a little gem called Miss Lucille's. Thank you Minas LLC!

This house was very clean! Pictures were accurate depictions of the home. I wish it had been warmer so I could have enjoyed my coffee either on the porch or back deck. My only complaint and it is a small one is that there wasn’t a printed version of the welcome book. They provided I link through the VRBO chat. However, on my phone I could not copy/paste and even typing in the link, it did not work. However, when requested, the checkout instructions were sent. Like I said, small complaint and easily fixed during the stay. We will gladly book here again.
