Central TOP FLOOR private apartment is located in a very CALM residential hotel in a great location in the very center of Portoroz; 150m from the beach, central square, promenade, thermal spa with seawater, wellness park, swimming pools, saunas, casino, public transportation, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, ATM. Marina, natural parks, mini golf within walking distance.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom on a split level floor (h. 170cm) with a large bed (180x200cm) with EXTRA THICK MATTRESS, PADDED floor, an open plan above the flat and a balcony overlooking a lush subtropical garden.
On the split level floor there is a possibility of adding an extra folding bed for a third person.
The apartment offers lots of privacy and comfort; air conditioning, TV, free wi-fi, coffee dispenser in the lobby, free parking, elevator, daily maintenance in the building.
Enjoy the extra long days with daylight until 10pm at the beach and the vibrant nightlife with festivals and magnificent fireworks above the sea in summer, and get pampered in the thermal spas in winter. Welcome!
