This top floor, end unit, provides exceptional views from the private screened in lanai overlooking hole #15 of the Piper Golf Course. The condo building includes an elevator, multiple free parking spots, is steps away from the private satellite pool and is walkable to all other neighborhood amenities.

Fully furnished includes: in unit washer and dryer, brand new appliances, all necessary linens and cookware. Master bedroom has a king bed, guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a large sectional couch that sleeps 2 adults comfortably if needed for extra guests or kids.

There is a one-time $600 membership transfer fee that allows all renters full access to facilities + unlimited member only golf rates. The $600 membership transfer fee isn’t included with booking, renter will pay it to the Admin office once on property and Admin staff will set everything up for you.

Other booking fees per stay include the required cleaning fee and the optional pet fee.
