The common areas: Kitchen: Stove, oven, large fridge with freezer, dishes, large cooking pots, microwave, dishwasher, double coffee and tea machine, hand blender, bottle warmer, toaster for 4 toast, dish towels, food containers. Fireplace room: sofas, books, CDs, DVDs and DVD player, music system, satellite TV with Netflix, electric fireplace fire Meeting room: satellite TV, sofa bed, table for up to eight people Room: long table with 14 seats, board games, sofa bed, tiled stove Winter garden: fitness equipment and ping-pong tableSouth-facing balcony with sofa set. The bedrooms: five bedrooms each with four to five beds, nine of these beds are bunk beds, two of the beds are 1.40 m wide. There are 13 single-storey beds. Each bedroom has its own shower room. Each bathroom has a hairdryer. Outdoor facilities: large garden with two terraces, one of them covered, a garden shower and a fireplace. Two barbecues are available. Small guests: stair gate, cot, high chairs. Play area with a shop, doll carriage and doll bed for the children of our little guests, walk-free, scooter, sports buggy with off-road wheels, car seat, paddling pool.
