This house, completed by us in 2019, offers all possible and necessary comfort that will make your trip unforgettable.
Due to its unique construction, this house stands out from the "normal" with a wide variety of features.
In times of climate change, we had a lot of thought in advance about the different building materials that were used and decided on the wood construction method, which is still relatively unknown here, which allowed us to reduce our carbon footprint many times over.
In addition, this house impresses with its unique and thoughtful design.
In the outdoor areas there is a large fenced, heated pool with a surrounding wooden deck and a large garden with a children's play area and a cozy barbecue area. There are enough parking spaces on the premises, which saves the annoying car clearing.

The Sunrise apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with two beds that can be put together and one with a large double bed, a bathroom with a private outdoor shower, a large light-flooded living and dining room and a private terrace.
In our planning, we placed great emphasis on a good mix of privacy and the opportunity for joint ventures.
