Bright, friendly and very spacious apartment. Open living and kitchen area with satellite TV / radio, microwave and 2 plate stove, cozy living area, sep. Dining area. One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds. Excl. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Cot available on request.

Our house is located not far from Speyer in the beautiful tobacco village Harthausen. Directly at the house along the bike trail leads between the German Wine Route and Speyer. This is an ideal place as a starting point for biking. Furthermore, hikers use our house as a starting point from / to the German Wine Route and its extensive hiking trails. For golf enthusiasts the golf courses, GSC Geinsheim and Kurpfalz Limburgerhof, are nearby. And in the evening you can start the barbecue directly in the garden or you can choose one of the many restaurants or Wine bars in Speyer.

Empfehlenswert!!

Sehr nette Vermieter, Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ausstattung bietet alles was man braucht, um den Aufenthalt zu genießen. Kleines Manko: es fehlt ein Balkon, der Garten kann allerdings mit genutzt werden.

Schöne Wohnung, kleine Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und ruhig gelegen und die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Die Küche war etwas spärlich eingerichtet (z.B. kein Messbecher, wenig Besteck und die großen Schneidemesser waren stumpf, wenig Mülltüten und Spülmaschinetabs, keine Gewürze/Essig/Öl vorhanden). Die Betten fanden wir unbequem, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden und die Vermieter boten auch an, dass wir jederzeit klingeln können, wenn wir etwas benötigen.
