The structurally separated sleeping area with double bed (mattresses 90x200 each) leaves you to come to rest after an eventful day. Adjacent to the separate terrace with seating, umbrella and private barbecue is adjacent to a large lawn that invites you to relax or sunbathe. Here you can relax wonderfully from an active day or a hike in our beautiful nature.

We are located directly on the Pfälzer Höhenweg and the Alsenztalradweg and offer ideal conditions for hiking, cycling or mountain biking. Visit one of our four attractive city museums, whose visit does not only make a lasting impression on art and culture lovers.  Fun for young and old is the nature adventure swimming pool, which can be reached in five minutes on foot, which provides a refreshing refreshment on summer days. The quiet location and yet very central location of the apartment guarantees within walking distance in five minutes numerous starting points such as: shops, restaurants, center with historic marketplace, museums, (train), banks, doctors and pharmacies.  The apartment has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, radio, storage / drying room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Parking is available.  As a non-allergic Non smoking apartment in the basement pets are not allowed. We are happy to offer you a shopping service on request.  We attach great importance to regionality.
