Enjoy outdoor seating on all three levels with a beautiful view of Bayville Lake. Take a walk through the community and watch the sunrise and set off the Assawoman Bay.

Guests have access to enjoy all the amenities at Bayville Shores with no additional cost, including the community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, children's playground, fitness center, biking and walking trails, boating and kayaking launch ramp to the bay.

We loved our stay. FYI no washcloths which would have been nice to know so we could bring our own but no big deal. Loved the coffee station with K-cups which was a nice surprise. We hope to stay here again next year.

Best VRBO we have stayed in!!!! We have been coming to Ocean City for 7 years and this was a gem to find!!! Brooke had great communication and a beautiful home. The community pool was also the best. Typically pools are overcrowded and impossible to relax or even find a table, not this one!!! We didn't feel like we had to rush to get there and could just go whenever. As long as this home is listed on VRBO we will be renting it for all our future visits to ocean city.

This property was very clean and comfortable. Despite it being over a holiday, the host was doing her best with communication, which was much appreciated. The property included everything that was needed for the kitchen, as well as toilet paper and linens. You may want to take your own wash cloths if you use them. There were a few outlets that didn’t work, but you could just plug in elsewhere. The kids loved playing pool and the fully screened are on the second level. The neighbor was lovely and the views were great excellent.

Location was perfect for enjoying both the calm and the OC lifestyles. Townhouse was beautiful and cozy. Great views and very safe neighborhood. We even had a Mama deer and her two babies eat grass on the front yard right next to us. Truly enjoyed our stay and host was very responsive.

Clean, spacious, and great amenities

We were very happy with how clean this property was, and with how much space it had. The screened in porch and large bedrooms were great. It is also conveniently located with access to good restaurants, beaches, Bethany Beach, Ocean City, and Assateague Island. The host was easy to communicate with and made check in and check out very easy.

This vacation rental was truly the best. The thoughtful touches made it a perfect home away from home. The kitchen was impeccably stocked. Our family enjoyed cooking meals together. The game room included board and card games in addition to the pool table and foosball table. The competition was fierce! The property is clearly well-maintained, and we will definitely book again.

Lovely, spacious, quiet

Great two night stay with family in this spacious, comfortable rowhouse. Beds were comfy and lots of bathrooms. Outdoor space off each floor overlooks a quiet pond - always waterfowl to see. Kitchen had all we needed. First floor pool table was a lot of fun too. We would definitely return.

A beautiful place to explore Delaware Beaches!

A beautiful place, just as advertised! Clean and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. Spacious community pool. Screened-in outdoor patio room.We loved the location as it's only a short drive to Fenwick Island State Park, Ocean City, MD and Bethany Beach. Only a mile away to two supermarkets. The location gave us many options on how to spend our time. After fun days at the beach, our family enjoyed playing billiards in the garage game room. Highly recommended!

Very impressed with the property. It was very clean and supplied with linens, towels, hand soap, paper and kitchen products which many other places don't provide. There were small ants looking for food in the kitchen and bedroom so we kept all our food in the refrigerator. Also all of the outlets near the bathroom sinks are not GCFI and do not work so hair drying with a mirror was a little challenging otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend!

A year after purchasing the home I decided to become a VRBO and Airbnb host in hopes of bringing joy and tranquility to other families.
