Community swimming pool, horseshoes, shuffleboard, B'ball, playground, boat ramp. local shopping and just minutes to the beach and Ocean City/Bethany/Fenwick. SS appliances, waterfront view from every room. Flat screen TV's, smart TV, DVD, full internet access, washer/dryer. Waterfront sun room with HVAC . Welcome home. This point lot has it all. Lots of local golf, shopping, beach, biking, watersports, restaurants, etc. Open view wildlife refuse. You can crab from your private bulkhead and pier, just feet out of your door. Access to OC inlet via water. Back bay fishing. Local companies will deliver kayak rentals daily/weekly. Please visit Swann Keys website for community info/news and pool hours. For safety the community and the owners in the community have CCTV on exterior areas. Visit www.swannkeys.org for community info including pool hours/days. Linens are not provided. If you are going to bring a boat let me know. Docking available on pier. Ramp available on our canal. in the private community. Contact me for ramp lock code. Water can be shallow sometimes. I would estimate mean low tide at 2-3 feet.

Wonderful Vacation

We had such a beautiful week with the weather, the views, and accommodations. We totally enjoy the close proximity to the water for fishing, crabbing and bird watching. Can’t wait to stay at this beautiful home again next year!

Great place for family vacation

It was a week well spent. Nice host and neighborhood; good location, close to supermarket, restaurant, beach and state park; amazing sunrise view, fishing and catching crabs with kids made a lot of fun for all. ^_^

Restful vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing off the pier and even caught a few crabs. It’s in a great location near many restaurants and shops. Short ride to Ocean City and Bethany. Can’t wait until next year to return!

Great long weekend

Scott’s property was comfortable, clean and bigger than it appears in photos. Convenient to Ocean City, Assateague, local wineries and golf, there was no shortage of things to do! Scott went out of his way to ensure we had a great time and his restaurant recommendations were spot on. Highly suggest you stay in this great space!

Wonderful home with an incredible view from every room. My only regret is that I only had a week in this little slice of heaven. Glorious sunrise in the morning over the bay and even watched a rain storm work its way across the bay! It was beautiful to see. My friend and I did travel around to visit some of the great restaurants in the area as well as checking out the local attractions and different towns nearby. Fun adventures but nothing beat coming back to this home and sitting in the sunroom watching the boats go by and all the wildlife around the bay and marshes. Thank you Scott and Lorraine for sharing this amazing home. We will be back!

FABULOUS WATER VIEWS

We had one of the most restful and peaceful vacations at Scott's Waterfront property we've had in years, all while enjoying spectacular water and wildlife views. The house is wonderfully decorated and we had everything we needed. The king size bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and everything worked well. The house is located near great local restaurants, and just a short drive to Bethany Beach and Ocean City. We definitely plan to return to this waterfront slice of paradise.

Serenity on the Bay

My family of four had a wonderful week here. The house was clean and well equipped. We loved being outside, watching the bay. Did a lot of crabbing, with some success, and fishing. We really enjoyed watching the wildlife! It did not disappoint! The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and gave us great tips on where to eat in the area.

Fenwick Island Vacation

We just returned from a weeks stay at Swann Keys. The house was very comfortable and the sun porch lovely. If you like beautiful water views and watching mother ducks tending their babies, this is the place for you. Our grandsons loved watching the World Cup matches on the large living room TV. Quality restaurants, entertainment, and the beach were within a view miles.

Wonderful!

My family and i really enjoyed our stay here. The water view was spectacular from the sunroom while we were having our breakfast or just relaxing. My husband and son had taken several pictures of the view and of the different birds in the area outside by the pier. We enjoyed the gazebo in the evening playing board games. It is a quiet community. Definitely bring bikes, and kayaks. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and overall a very nice place to stay.

What a Charmer: Beautiful and Convenient Location

As an annual family lades getaway, it was just what we needed. Although I was familiar with the Rehoboth and Bethany, DE area from past vacations, it was our first time in Fenwick Island/Selbyville, DE. What a charmer the house is situated right on the water and convenient to a variety of beaches with plenty to do and see. Very relaxing. The owner, Scott, was accommodating and understanding. His response time has been the best of any of the owners I've rented from on Vrbo because with all the questions we had, that was very important. Returning there would be a no brainer if the opportunity was available.

Great Bay Location

The property was exactly as descripted in the listing, with the location absolutely picturesque! The view from the back room is amazing! The house is right on a small inlet to a housing community. While everyone that came by was friendly, this did hinder our fishing progress off the dock, but no fault to the owner. The house was very clean and the bed was very comfy. One of the better beds we've had at a VRBO, but make sure to bring linens for the bed and towels for the bathrooms, as these are not provided. The owner was very responsive to my questions about the location and called me before we arrived to go over specifics for the house. The neighborhood was very quiet and we had a very nice vacation at this location. If you're looking for a nice place to relax, on the water, this if your place!

Amazing views

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was close to everything. The beaches, great restaurants, clamming grounds, boardwalks, mini golf, grocery stores etc... are all just a short drive away. The house was clean and had everything you could need. Scott and Lorraine were available and kept us up on what was going on in the neighborhood. The neighborhood’s pool was clean and welcoming. We brought our own crab trap and were catching blue crabs right off the dock. If you have a boat, kayak or SUP, this is the perfect house to use it. That brings me to the best feature of all. The view! It’s unreal!! We were able to just sit and watch the boaters, crabbers, jetskiers while relaxing in the backyard Adirondack chairs with a cold beverage. You can get lost just watching the “goings on” in the bay. The wildlife watching is terrific as well. Bring your binoculars!! Fenwick is our favorite beach and was only a 7-10 minute drive away. Overall this house met all of our expectations and we would return with no hesitation.

Every year mine and my best friend's family enjoy a week at the beach and this was the first year we actually changed accomodations and we were absolutely thrilled with this place. After booking the house hubby and I stopped by just to check it out while we were in Dewey Beach for Easter and had the pleasure of meeting the owners who took the time to show us around. The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated, very much a beach feel to the entire home and everything we needed was right there. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfy that my husband didn't even snore, he slept the best he has in years as did I. We spent quite a bit of time crabbing from our pier and a local resident was so kind to even give us a dozen and a half crabs that he had caught. Hubby didn't have much luck fishing from the pier but the near bushel of crabs we caught more than made up for it. The playground and pool were perfect, the kids absolutely loved the little water park and my Godson JT who has Fanconi Anemia and is very small for his age (he's nearly 6 and weighs only 18 lbs) was able to enjoy entering the pool at his own pace using the ramp. JT also seemed quite enamored with the outdoor shower, turning it into his little fort for most of the week. We took many late night walks and found all the neighbors to be very friendly and welcoming. This was a very bittersweet vacation for us because upon returning my youngest son (and last child to leave the nest) moved to Tennessee for a new job opportunity so we feel so blessed to have had such an amazing home to make lots of vacation memories at. We are looking forward to booking the home again next summer, we simply can't imagine a more perfect place to continue our summer tradition and hubby and I have even started looking at homes in the community.

Great views!

Our family of 6 had a great time! We even had the grandparents for 2 days ( 2 kids slept on the couch to allow this since the place only sleeps 6) and the host/owner was ok with this. We paid additional fee for this, which we were fine with! The views were great. The back patio is where we spent most of our time when we were there. It was just far enough from the OC crowd but close enough to venture to it when we wanted to! The owner was very accommodating and communicated, which was a huge plus for us. We were able to check in a little early since the cleaning crew was done early, which was awesome. The only complaint from our 4 boys, was our two 14 year olds did not like the single beds, said they were too firm/hard. They ended up sleeping on the couches and air mattress we brought along, which they were fine with! Some people may like a firm bed, apparently our two teen boys did not lol. Our king bed was very comfortable and the queen bed also received no complaints from our 17 year old boy. We caught quite a few crabs right off the dock as well as ventured out in the bay, which was the highlight for sure! The community pool was a hit, we were there quite a few times. Highly recommend this place!

Great Host, Beautiful Property, Amazing Location!

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and we had an incredible time! The house was clean, and comfortable, we had no trouble making ourselves at home and feeling like we could relax here. The sunrise view in the morning was incredible, and getting to relax on the back patio and look out over the water was very calming. An added bonus was having multiple TVs to choose from all with streaming services that we could use to unwind at the end of a long day. The washer and dryer were very helpful in being able to limit how much we had to pack, and having a full empty fridge to bring our own groceries/store leftovers was also very nice. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming, and we had a few lovely conversations with some of them during our stay, and they definitely helped us feel even more at home! Scott was very kind and responsive to my messages and questions, and he and Lorraine were great hosts, providing an abundance of information on the area, places to eat, as well as how to leave the house upon checkout. A few things I would mention as VERY minor cons: - The recommended list of things to bring could have a "required" section as well, because there were no sheets provided for the bed so we would've had to buy some if we had forgotten to bring our own. Other things like towels, laundry detergent, and any condiments and spices wanted will also have to be brought yourself, but again, not a huge deal. - We had to run out and buy toilet paper halfway through our stay because there weren't any spare rolls around. These may be common rental things to bring for yourself, but this was our first experience with Vrbo so we don't have any knowledge of how things typically work. Overall, my husband and I had a wonderful time renting this house, and we will definitely be coming back, probably with kayaks to get an even better view of the wildlife around the property!

If you decide to head out, the beach is just minutes away. Great restaurants nearby. Ocean City's night life, boardwalk & dining out. OC MD has free beach parking. Fenwick/Bethany DE has state park paid beach access with concessions/bathhouse. Local great food, music & Freeman Stage at Bayside (outdoor) has programs on a regular basis. There is good shopping in all directions! Rent kayak, canoe, boat, SUP nearby (they can deliver for a rental). We would like to share the peace and comfort of our home with you and your family.
