A perfect nest under the roof. Here are 2 open rooms with sloping ceilings, which are connected by a corridor. In the middle there is a separate daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The air-conditioned living-bedroom has a comfortable double bed with spring mattress, wooden floor and a seating area under the skylights. The generously sized kitchen with dining area has a bamboo floor and a reading and work area separated by an open divider, • 72 sqm • Double bed 160X200 • Air conditioning • Satellite TV, DVD, Radio • Electric shutters • Open wardrobe • Armchair / Sofa • Furniture safe • Rainforest shower • Bidet • Fully equipped kitchen with dining area / hob / oven / coffee machine / dishwasher / fridge freezer • Reading chair • Writing desk
The house on Libellenweg is a brownstone built in 1924, the perfect retreat in the heart of the Southwest Palatinate. It was renovated in 2008 and has 3 apartments, which are differently decorated. Please note that all apartments are only accessible by stairs.
