A living room and a kitchen in an open design with open fireplace. On the sheltered southwest balcony overlooking the bay you can enjoy the day. The balcony is equipped with a table, 4 chairs, awning and a high-chair with reclining possibility. On the first level, all rooms are tiled except for the bedroom, there is cork floor. On the second level, the bathroom is tiled, one bedroom has carpet, the hall and the larger bedroom also have cork floors. All bedrooms can be darkened. Fly screens are available to the gable side on all windows. The apartment has central heating and the bathroom in the first level is a large towel radiator and underfloor heating.
