A holiday home that invites you to relax with its quiet location. The open and bright living and dining area with fireplace and kitchenette impresses with its comfortable and modern furnishings. The open kitchen is fully equipped u. a. with an oven incl. Ceramic hob and dishwasher. In the bathroom there is a floor-level shower with a small threshold in addition to the toilet and sink.
You can spend relaxing hours of sunshine or cozy barbecues on the south terrace. A small lawn and sun loungers also give you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful weather during your stay with us.
The village of Schwarz is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District directly on the Black Lake, south of the Müritz. In the village you will find a playground, swimming area with volleyball court and snack bar, restaurant, pract. Doctor, a home parlor with a small museum, small shop with snack bar, church, bike and canoe rental.

Ruhe pur

Eine wunderschöne, friedliche Umgebung. Da wir augenscheinlich die einzigen Gäste der Anlage waren - und das Anfang Mai (?) - war es sehr ruhig. Nur das Vogelgezwitscher war zu hören. Sehr schön. Des Nachts stockdunkel. Das Ferienhaus war nett, sauber und vorbereitet. Leider war es bei Ankunft sehr, sehr kalt, von 2 elektronischen Heizkörpern funktionierte nur einer. Dieser half im Wohnraum gar nicht, aber im Schlafzimmer unseres Sohnes, indem unser kleiner Hund ebenfalls schlief. Der kleine Heizlüfter verhalf dem inenliegenden Badezimmer für Wärme. Bis der Kamin seine Wärme verbreitete, dauert es. Wir nehmen an, dass wir die ersten Gäste dieser Saison waren, so dass die Kälte noch in den 4 Wänden steckte. In der Nacht wurde es mit erloschen Kamin doch ziemlich kalt. Das fensterlose Bad war nach 3 Duschen (Eltern + Sohn) sehr feucht, trockene Handtücher waren schwierig. Es ist eine schöne Anlage, ein nettes kleines Häuschen, welches sich aber wohl doch eher für warme Sommertage eignet. Wenn auch die anderen Häuschen bewohnt sind, ist es bestimmt ein schönes Urlaubsfeeling. Es gibt eine Terrasse, die zum Grillen einlädt, Grill ist vorhanden, Tisch, Stühle, Sonnenliegen. Sehr schön. Was ich persönlich schade finde, ist ein kleines fehlendes Dach über einem kleinen Teil der Terrasse, so könnte auch bei Regen die Natur genossen werden. Aber, auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Tolle ruhige Lage , Strand in Nähe

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit allem was man so braucht und viel Platz. Hatten unsere Katze mit, die sich dort auch sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Top Fernseher. Saubere Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Dusche im Bad war doch größer als auf dem Foto im Internet zu erkennen war. Direkte Nähe zum Strand. Es sind nur wenige Meter zu Fuß. Ruhige Lage fernab jeglichem Trubel,super für Naturliebhaber. Schöner Badesee mit klarem sauberen Wasser und kaum Bootsverkehr. Sehr gut geeignet für Paddler und Standupboard fahren. Leider gibt es nur wenig gute Fahrradwege. Sind einen holprigen Waldweg nach Mirow gefahren, weil uns die schmale Hauptstraße zu gefährlich war. Am besten Mountainbike mitnehmen, da es oft bergauf und bergab geht und manchmal ziemlich holprig ist. Richtung Diemitz Fahrt es sich besser. Wer gern angelt: Hier fängt man vom Steg aus hauptsächlich größere Brassen und Rotfedern und natürlich auch kleinere Barsche;-)

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche hier verbracht und kommen gerne wieder. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. Empfehlenswert in der Nähe sind Roebel und das Luftfahrtmuseum in Rechlin.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Haus war sauber. Modern, mit neuen Möbeln, ausgestattet. Küche war komplett, mit Microwelle, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher u.s.w., ausgestattet. Sogar Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Alles Super!!!

Schöne ruhige Umgebung, man kann den See von der Terrasse aus sehen. Das Haus war klein aber fein. Alles drin was man braucht. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt als wir ankommen. Das einzigste negative war die Raumaufteilung, da man das Badezimmer nur durch das Kinderzimmer erreichen kann. Ansonsten war alles Top, wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein schönes Fleckchen Erde zum Erholen

Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, sehr nah an einem schönen See / Strand gelegen. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Spielplatz. Sehr praktisch wenn man mit Kleinkindern unterwegs ist. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte kontaktlos, was wir sehr begrüßten in Zeiten von C. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und gut. Wir fanden es etwas hellhörig. Das Bad ist sehr klein, ohne Fenster und direkt von einem Schlafzimmer aus begehbar. War für uns OK, geht aber natürlich komfortabler. Alles in allem gut.
