Holiday house without everyday noise

The approximately 80 square meter holiday home is located on the edge of the forest of Irchenbrunn in the Dachau hinterland. The house has on the ground floor a spacious living-dining area with a view of the garden, a kitchen, bedroom with double bed, guest toilet and a large terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.
In the basement there is a bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. Adjacent is the bathroom with tub, shower, hair dryer, towels and sauna. Washing machine and drying room are also available.
Location: Irchenbrunn is the ideal starting point for excursion destinations. The A8 motorway is approx. 8 km away.
You can be in Munich or Augsburg in just half an hour. The S-Bahn station to Munich is only 6 km away.
The ideal vacation spot for those seeking tranquility, hikers, families, cyclists and Oktoberfest visitors.
Equipment: Bed linen, tea towels and hand towels are provided. Coffee machine, toaster, kettle, electric stove, microwave and refrigerator available.

This was a fantastic cottage for us to kick off our European adventure. Maria was very friendly and accomodating, the cottage itself was warm and comfortable. We had a wonderful time in Munich (including Oktoberfest of course), this accommodation was the perfect base.

Amazing property for a trip away

My family and I had a 10 day trip in Germany and this was the last place we stayed and it quickly became our absolute favourite. The owners are extremely nice and friendly and make you feel very comfortable and welcomed. The house was beautiful was lots of space and all the amenities you need. I would very much enjoying staying here again.

The property was just as described and perfect for a quiet stay in the country away from it all, but where you can still reach Munich by train from Dachau in 25 minutes.For the two of us the space was fine. Everything for us was on one level except for the shower, which was downstairs in the basement, a little inconvenient but not a significant issue. The hosts live only about 200 meters away and are very responsive should you need them for something.We would happily stay here again if visiting the Munich area.

We rented it for Oktoberfest 2023 in Munich, train on 10min with the car even the owner suggested to bring us to munich so everyone can drink at Oktoberfest. The house have everything what you need. We Will do it again if its possible.

cottage stay

The cottage is spacious and very clean. Mr. and Mrs. Münch were very friendly and always concerned about the satisfaction of their guests, we were bought breakfast because we arrived late and picked up from the S-Bahn, and since we were traveling without a car, we did not have to take a cab, because Mr. Münch had offered to drive us to the next station over the days - very comfortable and practical! There is from the basic equipment everything you need, it is wonderfully quiet, the cottage is surrounded by woods and trees, no street noise, ideal for relaxing or a retreat for lovers, the S-Bahn station is yes not far to go to the city of Munich for art, culture and shopping. The sauna in the house is an extra plus and highlight, but for this extra 20 euros are due. We have enjoyed the time in the very friendly quiet house very much and will possibly visit you again once . we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this cottage .....Thanks so much for everything! ...Toni and Simone

Wir wurden persönlich begrüsst bei ankunft und uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt waseichtig war.schon vorab war ein super kontakt aufgebaut worden. Es entsprach alles genau der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die ruhige umgebung hat uns ungestöhrzen schlaf beschwert. Wir waren mit allem sehr Zufrieden. Absolut alles nötige vorhanden und eine top Sauberkeit in allen bereichen. Man konnte sich bei befarf jederzeit an die Vermieter wenden. Können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wer Ruhe erholung sucht und trotzdem gute anbindungen für unternehmungen benötigt ist hier an einer sehr guten Adresse .

Meine Tochter und ich verbrachten 14 sehr schöne Tage im Ferienhaus ohne Alltagslärm. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Küche verfügt über viel Geschirr und Besteck, Kaffemaschine, Toaster und Mikrowelle. Frische Handtücher, Waschlappen und Geschirrhandtücher sind reichlich vorhanden. Selbt ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen stehen zur Verfügung. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, so dass man nachts die Fenster geöffnet halten kann. Viele interessante Ausflugsziele sind innerhalb einer Stunde zu erreichen. Wandern und vor allem Radtouren durch ausgedehnte Felder und Wiesen und durch kleine idyllische Dörfchen bieten jeden Tag Abwechslung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bekamen zum Abschied sogar selbst gebackenen Kuchen geschenkt. Der Zusatz "ohne Alltagslärm" ist vollkommen gerechtfertigt. An schönen Tagen bietet die große Terrasse mit Grill Zeit zum Entspannen. Danke an unsere Vermieter für eine unvergessliche Ferienzeit!

Fijne rustig gelegen woning, ideaal om uit te rusten te lezen en uitstappen te plannen

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en alles was klaar en netjes verzorgd. We hebben echt genoten van deze vakantiewoning. Zeer volledige uitrusting in de woning met een zeer ruim terras met zonneluifel en BBQ. We prijzen dit zeker aan.

Abseits vom Trubel

Wir haben uns bewusst für dieses Ferienhaus entschieden, weil es abseits vom alltagslärm ist . Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das haus bietet alles was man braucht. Da es sehr heiß war zu unserem Aufenthalt, haben wir unsere Abende auf der großen Terrasse ( mit Grillmöglichkeit) verbracht . Ansonsten waren wir tagsüber mit der Bahn in München um verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sehen. Der nächste Bahnhof ist ca 10 min entfernt in Kleinberghofen. Von dort aus dauert es eine std mit der s2 nach München Hbf.

Ruhe und Freundlichkeit

Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht, und obwohl unser Aufenthalt von Dauerregen geprägt war, hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gegend ist traumhaft und ruhig, die Terrasse mit Grill lädt dazu ein, jeden Abend draußen ausklingen zu lassen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowohl beim Kennenlerntelefonat als auch vor Ort. Sie scheinen immer Zeit zu haben, haben uns sogar angeboten, uns abends in eine Wirtschaft im Nachbarort und zurück zu fahren, so dass jeder auch was trinken konnte, und sie hätten uns sogar Frühstückssemmeln besorgt. Rundumservice, ohne dass man sich verfolgt fühlt. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach prima. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, der die Abgeschiedenheit im Grünen sucht.

Haben die Ruhe genossen

Das alleinstehende Ferienhaus ist liebevoll mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, man fühlt sich schon nach einer kurzen Zeit wie zuhause. Ein Carport ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr nett, und war immer hilfsbereit. Absolute Weiterempfehlung !

Una casetta silenziosa

La casetta è composta da due piani, quello terra e quello seminterrato. Quello terra è molto gradevole e vivibile con molta luce, una bella veranda. Quello seminterrato, almeno d'estate quando non si accendono i riscaldamenti è abbastanza improponibile. C'è un'umidità e un odore di muffa come se si stesse in una cantina e dormire lì non è piacevole. Anche il bagno principale è nel seminterrato. Una volta fatta la doccia è così umido che gli asciugamani il giorno dopo sono ancora bagnati. Immagino che d'inverno con il riscaldamento sempre in funzione vada molto meglio. Noi alla fine siamo stati bene perché il posto è davvero molto silenzioso come speravamo e comodo per andare a Munchen. E poi a piano terra si stava molto bene.

Ruhiger geht nicht

Wenn man es richtig - also wirklich - ruhig möchte, ist man hier goldrichtig. Zudem sind die Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist zwar etwas älter, aber sauber und hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub fern ab von Hektik braucht. Wir haben uns gut erholt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

****** 6 Sterne war unser Aufenthalt bei Familie Münch mindestens wert ******

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und konnten über unseren 6-tägigen Aufenthalt immer mit unseren "Wehwehchen" und "Sorgen" an Frau und Herrn Münch herantreten. Für meinen virtuellen-IT-Aufenthalt wurde uns eine via Fibre-Kabel mit 1GigaBit (down- und upstream ...) nutzbare Bandbreite für uns alleine zur Verfügung gestellt ... schon alleine das ist einmalig ... und so konnte ich auch wie zu Hause meine hochauflösenden Videos und Fernsehkanäle (... mit meinem Laptop ...) nutzen. Von uns eine ganz klare Empfehlung für unsere Gastgeber.

Perfekt für uns

Die Ferienwohnung/-haus liegt in einem Vorort von Altomünster, weit ab von allem Trubel und Lärm. Wer wie wir nach Besuchen der Sehenswürdigkeiten von München seine Ruhe will, ist hier absolut richtig. Die Anbindung nach München geht via S-Bahn sehr gut und ist kaum langsamer als wenn man mit dem Auto fahren will; dafür ist es aber weitaus stressfreier! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, alles ist vorhanden. Zudem ein sehr schnelles und robustes WLAN, so dass man abends statt Fernsehen auch problemlos streamen kann. Die Küchen ist klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man für die Selbstverpflegung braucht (wenn man denn will). Im heißen Sommer ließ sich die Hitze durch Schließen der Rolläden perfekt aus den Räumen heraus halten und sehr angenehm wohnen. Die Familie Münch ist sehr engagiert und bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt leicht und angenehm zu machen. Alles in allem: es war eine sehr schöner Aufenthaltt, die nur leider viel zu schnell herum war.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt in alle Richtungen

Schon die Kommunikation vorab war sehr gut. Haus war wie abgebildet sehr schön und ausreichend für bis 5 Erwachsene. Check in ohne Schnick Schnack auf den Punkt. Außengrill perfekt und gleich genutzt. Folgetage genutzt für Ausflüge nach München und Seen. Altomünster als Startpunkt mit der S-Bahn, somit kann auch das bayrische Bier genossen werden. Super freundliche Kommunikation mit Familie Münch, die auch sehr flexibel und hilfsbereit waren. Sehr gerne wieder, falls Herr Münch kleinen Planschpool baut, dann kommen wir sogar mehrfach. :-) Danke Fam. Münch
