In a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Bothel is our house with the holiday accommodation N ° 5 for 2 - 5 people, embedded in a large garden with 2 terraces and parking for 2 - 3 vehicles directly to the house entrance.
The special living comfort results from the high gable and the floor windows or the glass folding sliding door to the garden. The gable was extended to the outside, so that there is a terrace directly below.
In order to make your arrival and well-being even more pleasant, a "beverage flat" for water (soda stream with glass bottles) and coffee (capsule machine with different types of coffee) is provided. Of course, a filter coffee machine is part of the other kitchen equipment.
The holiday quarter with its approx. 48 m² is a maisonette apartment with a fully equipped open kitchen (electric stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer), bar and bar stools. In the living / kitchen area there is a comfortable 160 x 200 cm sofa bed right in front of the flat-screen TV.
The heart of the holiday home houses a granite fireplace on the ground floor, which ensures comfort on cold days.
In the front area you can comfortably go into the reading corner. This is equipped with a flexible TV / massage chair, floor lamp and side table. Without doors and walls, this room layout results in a free feeling of well-being.
