Great location but need to work the kinks out

We were the first renters of this VRBO and the owner has some kinks to work out to get a 4 or 5 star rating. The home was quite cluttered with owners personal belongings which forced us to move or work around them. The internet service was extremely slow, unstable and barely usable, so don't plan on working remotely from the property or streaming anything. The outdoor spaces were dirty and not well maintained upon arrival. The upstairs bedrooms lack carpets or floor coverings making any movement very loud. No type of stereo or way to play music. Garage only has space for one vehicle due to owners' belongings. Positive is that the kitchen is well stocked for those that like to cook, living room and dining room furniture is comfortable. Neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant. Nice tennis court and pool right across the street.
