Enjoy two private balconies, ten swimming pools, hot tubs, six tennis courts and walking trails throughout the property. This condo is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy all that the area has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants and shops or take a short drive to Spring training, shopping at Fashion Square, many golf courses, casinos and restaurants. WiFi, Cable TV, 5 heated pools, Tennis, Pickle Ball and basketball courts. We only rent for 30 days or more.

This condo is located a couple minutes from the freeway on ramp but it is such a peaceful place to stay. You can be anywhere in Scottsdale within minutes.
What makes this property unique
This condo has so many kitchen amenities/gadgets and an office space where you can put your work/personal laptop. It has 17 foot ceilings in the living room which makes it feel spacious. We provide you with more than the basic amenities and make sure you always have everything you need. If you have any questions or concerns we are able to be reached anytime.
