About this property

Lake Park Place : Adorable Beach Cottage

Our adorable newly renovated beach cottage is situated directly across from our neighborhood 2-acre park with tennis courts, swings and wide-open space for kickball or wiffleball games with the family or even a picnic!

It is also only 1 short block from one of Ohio`s premier sandy beaches. Our private neighborhood beach is only open to residents and our guests. Please consider being our guest and making some unforgettable memories!

It is very cozy inside and has been fully renovated. We have 2 bedrooms, a full-size kitchen, full size washer and dryer plus a living room to relax and unwind. All linens, towels and cooking utensils, pots, pans and dishware are provided.

We have a drip coffee maker (filters provided), toaster and microwave.

Our outdoor space has 5 Adirondack chairs in back and a table for to seat 4. We also provide propane for the gas grill.

Just grab your flip flops, sunblock and head over to our Lake Park Place in Huron.

Old Homestead 1 is a very quaint neighborhood bustling in the summer with families headed to the beach or park. Our annual 4th of July parade of bikes and beach festivities draws families back year over year. Our beach is the largest sandy beach on the west side of Cleveland. You can view the Huron Lighthouse and enjoy many gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.
City ordinance for quiet time is 11 PM - 7 AM

Lovely cottage near Lake Erie beach

This cottage was actually a weekend trip for my friends. They thought the home was very clean and comfortable. The beach is a short walk down the street and the park is full of activities for families. Marcy was super helpful when we had any questions. I love how it’s decorated too. It’s truly a gem!
