Escape to nature at this stunning 3-bedroom walk-in (with side ramp) cabin. Located directly on the White River 15 minutes north of Mountain View, AR. Enjoy conversations around the fire pit or trout fishing from the bank less than 200 feet off your back porch. There is a public boat launch located on this property. Adventure awaits! If you are drawn to the outdoors there are ropes courses, biking trails, caves, hiking trails and many other activities to engage in while enjoying a little R&R. Coolwater neighborhood is a wonderful community of full-time and part-time residents. You will experience the friendliness from the moment you arrive. We look forward to having you as our guests!

Excellent views, quiet area. Not far from town. Loved the back porch! Inside the cabin appeared larger in the pics but all in all we, 4 ladies, had plenty of room. Truly peaceful stay.

We were able to take our Labrador which is a must for us It was very hot weather but we enjoyed the shaded view under the carport when there was a breeze. Thankfully there was a ramp for us old folks to use as there are a lot of stairs. It’s fun to relax and watch the activity on the river.

Beautiful cabin on the white river. We loved the back porch especially with the rocking chairs to watch the river and wildlife. Comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Lots of kitchen utensils and cookware. Quiet neighborhood, mostly retired people. There are quite a few nice mom and pop restaurants with excellent food and service. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back again next year.

Relaxing Weekend

The property is on the water and the back deck is nice to relax and watch the boats go by. We brought our boat and it was very convenient to have the boat ramp next to the property.

Relaxing

It is the perfect little cabin! The location is perfect right by the river. The cabin was very neat and clean. My favorite part was looking at the stars in complete darkness. I will definitely book this cabin again.

Perfect stay!

This cabin is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just a few miles north of Mountain View, only about 20 minutes from Blanchard springs Caverns. The property was excellent and was clearly a well kept and maintained property. The property was made for comfort and provided a very nice getaway. Large and well maintained yard as well!

Very peaceful and beautiful. One of the best cabins we’ve ever stayed in. Amazing fishing and very easy to relax. Highly recommended. You can fish right off the property. This is also boat access right on the property
