Location!! This adorable renovated single family home in a great family neighborhood offers a beautiful relaxing summer vacation home. Renovated kitchen and bathrooms, a/c, washer/dryer in mudroom next to kitchen, kitchen has new appliances incl built-in microwave and ss dw, real hardwood floors and is on one level, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths (one with tub) outdoor shower, this clean and light-filled space includes new white wood window shades, 8'-6 ceilings, open front porch with wicker furniture/rocking chair/settee/hanging porch swing, back yard- new large deck with dining table/chairs seats 8. The yard includes lounging areas and ask about the guest cottage that is also for rent. (See other ad)Verizon Wifi, 3 smart tvs. No parties or large gatherings without written approval. No large groups. Town/Main St is 1 block away has all the restaurants and shopping, theatre and cafes and spas are, take a short bike ride- under 1 mile to beach- parking spot at the beach available if you book early! The train to NYC and local towns is right in town, so No car needed, but if you have one there is driveway parking available-fits 2 cars. (+free street parking) Bedding and towels for extra $250 fee (cleaners charge extra to makes beds and wash bedding). one small dog on approval-Use public sidewalks and pickup after! Why they chose this property

This is a unique property because the location is excellent...you can walk 1 block to be right in town(with great shops, restaurants, salons, spas, theatre, pilates, ice cream and dessert and coffee shops) walk 1 block to the park, and the train that stops in almost every shore town and also stops in NYC! It's under 1 mile to the beach (a short walk or 3 min car ride/12 min bike ride.) Bike rental is one block away in town. The is nicely furnished comfy home! A/C & wifi, smart large tv.

What makes this property unique

LOCATION! Walk 1 block to town with everything. . You don't need a car but there is plenty of parking available in 3 car driveway! The town with everything you'd want is one block away and the beach is under 1 mile- a short bike ride. It's near everything and on a lovely quiet family block. one block to lake where you can enter with Kayaks (you can rent in town) one block to small park with swings, and one block to town, and the beach is short bike ride or 3 min car ride! Let us know if you need beach and bath towels and bedding for a small extra fee!
