Location!! This adorable renovated single family home in a great neighborhood offers a beautiful summer vacation home. Stay one week or the entire summer. It has a renovated kitchen and bathrooms, a/c, washer/dryer in mudroom next to kitchen, kitchen has new appliances incl built-in microwave and ss dw, real hardwood floors throughout house, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths (one with tub!) outdoor shower, this is clean and light-filled space that includes new white wood window shades, 8'-6 ceilings, open front porch with wicker furniture/rocking chair/settee/hanging porch swing, back yard has new huge deck with dining table and chairs seats 8. The gated yard with deck dining. Verizon Wifi high speed included. This clean, adorable house is a charmer and the neighborhood is lovely. Town/Main St where all the restaurants and shopping, theatre and cafes and spas are, short bike ride- under 1 mile to beach- parking spot at the beach available if you book early! The train to NYC and local towns is right in town, so No car needed, but if you have one there is plenty of off-street driveway parking available-fits 3 cars.

I love being a host! Although this front house is new to this site, I've been hosting for a few years and I really enjoy it! I have a background in Interior Design and have fun using those skills in my Airbnb rentals. I respond quickly to all of your needs and have sources in town should you require something quickly.

Why they chose this property

This is a unique property because the location is excellent...you can walk 1 block to town(that has great shops, restaurants, salons, spas, theatre, pilates, ice cream and dessert and coffee shops) walk 1 block to the park, and to the lake and the train that stops in almost every shore town and also stops in NYC! It's under 1 mile to the beach (a short walk or bike ride and bikes with all accessories are available!)Also, it's a comfortable charming house.

What makes this property unique

You don't need a car! The town with everything you'd want is one block away and the beach is under 1 mile- a short bike ride. (bikes available) It's near everything and but on a lovely quiet block.
