* This is a very quiet, residential waterfront community. As such we work very hard to be good neighbors. We have designated quiet hours which are from 9p - 7a each night to limit any noise across the lakes to our neighbors. We make use of noise monitoring hardware to monitor for excessive noise.
* Any violations of the quiet hours policy may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property without refunds.

This was a beautiful house and we enjoyed all the amenities. Sunsets were beautiful, great outdoor space, comfortable beds and everything that you needed in the kitchen. We weren’t able to get in when we arrived but after making a call, someone was there within 5 minutes. Definitely a great rental property!

This home was in a lovely location with a friendly walkable neighborhood. Amazing sunsets and water frontage that was always interesting. The home was perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed to make great meals. The pool and hot tub were fun to enjoy together. We would definitely return to this property.

Wonderful property!!

This home was just as advertised! We had to contact the host a couple of times and she fixed our issues immediately, even bringing over fishing poles herself as soon as I asked where they were! My son has a blast fishing all week, the pool area was perfect, and we loved gathering in the huge kitchen during the chilly evenings. We would definitely rent from them again!

We definitely would consider renting this house again. It looked exactly like the pictures in every way. Wonderful pool, deck and patio furniture and the hot tub was really nice for evening relaxation after a day entertaining my son and his family who live in Peoria. The views were the envy of all of us. Great location and a safe and secure neighborhood rounds it out.

2nd time around

This was the second time that rented Villa del Sol for a family get together. By the way it was the 3rd property from this Host's Collection that we've stayed at. They have all been exceptional but Villa Del Sol is set up perfectly our needs so it's a keeper. This year we were treated to 116 degrees every day so the pool got a lot of use...sometimes 3 times a day. But it was so nice to rest up for movie time in the large family room with the giant screen smart tv. As an added bonus the A/C system for this large 2 story house kept everything cool and comfortable. Great neighborhood with wonderful DoorDash selections. We never left. I predict a "three-peat.
