The house was charming in a nice older neighborhood. But as we spent more time there was issues. Bugs were the biggest issue. Palmetto bugs, spiders, flying bugs, and ants were a constant issue. In addition there were damaged tiles in both bathrooms, broken window locks on the front windows, and no light over the stove which made it hard to see when cooking. The management gave the door code to someone to look at the property while we were there, which was extremely awkward. The rental company minty living advertised luxury rentals, but I would not condlsider this location to be luxury. It was nice but not luxurious.
