Seaside and a variety of restaurants are just a stroll or bike ride away. Embrace the outdoors with miles of paved bike/walking path right across the street from The Grove's entrance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of all 30A has to offer. Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.



Parking:

• Parking for 2 Vehicles.

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

• NO STREET PARKING

• Guests do not have access to the garage.



House Rules:

• No smoking

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

• Guests do not have access to the carriage house apartment.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

This house was perfect for our family of four and small dog for Spring Break. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the screened front and back porches. Having the bikes made getting to the public beach and Seaside very easy in the day. We walked to Seaside most nights for dinner. Very quiet neighborhood and still very close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Highly recommend!

This may have been our favorite vacation rental ever! Central location, quiet neighborhood, close to everything, comfortable beds and furniture, all of the amenities - I cannot think of anything that would have made this vacation any better except staying a few more days. Love the shaded neighborhood. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Great restaurants close by. It is so quiet and private feeling, you wouldn’t even think other houses were next door. Even though this is a dog friendly rental, which our dog loved the screened porch & her ability to see out of all the windows 😊, it was clean & had absolutely no dog smells. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable home in a relaxing, quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Ranch. Convenient to the entire area, from Panama City to Destin and all between. Most days we made the short 5 minute walk to the beach to watch the beautiful sunsets. Rented bikes to explore Seaside and Watercolor. What a great way to escape the icy weather back home! Thanks!

Great, quiet location

The house was an 11 minute walk to the beach without carrying anything for a 50 year old. We rented a golf cart for ferrying our stuff and family back and forth. Felt that was totally worth it. The house was clean and well equipped. All the bedrooms were on the second floor, so be aware there are stairs for everyone. The water pressure was very good, which I mention because we’ve never had luck with that at other rentals. Would definitely book again, or check out another home in the Grove for a larger group

Great place on 30A

Quiet neighborhood. You can bike anywhere on 30A from here. Pool was heated. House was really nice. No complaints at all. Bike ride to Seaside in 10 min. Bike ride to beach in 2 minutes. Great place. I hope to visit again soon.

Nice house in a nice community

We had a good time on our vacation. Location was great and neighborhood was nice. Check in/out was easy. Close walk to the beach. The shower curtain in the master bath fell down a few times (one that twists against the wall). I didn’t call about it because it would stay for a while. I did see moldly spots on things here and there and I’m allergic to mold, but it wasn’t horrible.

We’ll be back!

Our 2 week stay at Turquoise Tides was amazing! The house is well equipped and conveniently located just a quick walk from the beach. The welcome link had everything we needed to know and we used it often. The beach chairs that were left were unusable but the property management was very helpful and got 4 new and comfortable ones! The neighborhood is a very private oasis with mature trees and a lot of shade so we could walk around and not be too hot. The two pools were well maintained, just like the rest of the neighborhood. The house is very comfortable, the beds are quite hard at first but I was surprised to be able to sleep like a baby! We all did! I would have lived an access to a closet in the master bedroom but we managed without. The 2 screened in porches are a must, we could enjoy the outside without worrying about the mosquitoes. The bikes are such a great touch, we could avoid the traffic to Seaside, it’s a 7 minute ride!! We’ll definitely come back, love that property and made friends with a couple neighbors!

October trip

The beach house is located in a nice quiet wooded community not too far from the beach. A quick golf cart ride to the public beach access and to neighboring towns. The house has two big screened in porches and a big open floor plan. For anyone traveling with babies the closets do not have ac vents but are big enough for a pack n play. My only two personal complaints were the tubs were very slow draining and the bed mattresses are very firm. The double bed is so firm that we chose to sleep on the floor because it was so uncomfortable. The “box spring” isn’t a true box spring making no flex in the mattress. I think if they replaced that it wouldn’t be so uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Short getaway for fall break

Nice property, very quiet location tucked away just off the main road. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach access, 10 minute walk to seaside center. Rent bikes or golf cart for quicker access. House has plenty of space to relax and unwind, nice screened porches, well equipped kitchen. We would have used the grill but it needs serviced or replaced (critters!).
