My daughter and I had a wonderful extended stay here over the summer. Laura and Kevin added so many personal touches from providing the laundry detergent we use to leaving rush hour workaround instructions for my daughter’s drive to work. We stayed in touch regularly throughout the stay and they were quick to respond to every inquiry. The house is in a quiet cul de sac tucked back in a well-maintained family friendly neighborhood. We always felt safe. The home is very comfortable and spacious with every amenity we needed. Our expectations were exceeded and we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Laura and Kevin!

Family Time

We were visiting family in the area and house provided great space for my family to be comfortable. Excellent access to shopping, restaurants and hwy 70 and 64/364. Super clean, quiet neighborhood, and well stocked (kitchen utensils, towels and blankets, toiletries). Cute park within walking distance.

A perfect place to stay!

My parents, sister and I stayed in this charming home for four days. The hosts were extraordinary, making sure we had what we needed and were comfortable. The first thing we recognized and appreciated was the home is located in a safe, well kept neighborhood. The home was immaculate and just the right size for our family. We look forward to staying again and wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Wedding weekend

This house was perfect for our family. And Laura and Kevin were great. We were able to have some out of town family over the day after the wedding for a picnic, and the house worked great for that! I would definitely stay there again if I have the occassion!

The owner, Laura, was delightful! Any questions were answered promptly. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-organized to easily find whatever we needed. The location was close to plenty of shopping, restaurants, and churches. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. Nice outdoor space. There was a potential storm coming through and I appreciated Laura reaching out to inform us of it, as well as giving us safety protocols since we weren't from the area. Very thoughtful! Fortunately, the storm didn't affect us. I highly recommend this property and host. I'd give more than 5-stars if it was an option. :-)

Nostalgic trip to St. Louis

Took a trip to St. Louis with my mom, daughter and nephew to visit family and reminisce about years gone by. The house is lovely and exactly as pictured. Spotless and updated throughout. Comfortable mattresses and Laura has thought of everything including soap and bath products, laundry detergent and coffee. The neighborhood is safe and quiet - there is even firewood for the pit outside which is another fabulous place to relax and spend time together. This house is close to everything - we went to the arch, the hill, forest park and the zoo and even had time to shop and eat in beautiful historic St. Charles. I highly recommend this rental and will be back again in the future!
