Chic apartment house with 4 timelessly furnished apartments, just a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located on both the ground floor and the upper floor and all have WiFi. A sauna is available for general use in the basement (for a fee). Each apartment has its own parking space. With over 2,100 hours of sunshine, the Baltic Sea resort of Trassenheide is considered the sunniest place in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The fine sandy beach, just under 200 meters away, has a gently sloping shoreline and offers ideal conditions for long walks along the Baltic Sea coast and swimming fun for the whole family.
