Apartment on Usedom, quiet and close to the beach (150m), free WiFi,
Our apartment is about 150m from the beach.
The house was built in 2007; the apartment is on the first floor.
There is underfloor heating, a new fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower and window
and a 4 meter balcony in southwest direction.
There is a sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom.
The apartment can be used with a maximum of 3 people (or 2 adults and 2 children up to 10 years).
In the living room there is a flat screen TV and DVD player. Recently we have an internet connection that can be used free of charge.
The apartment also has a parking space in front of the house, bicycles can be locked in the storage room.
In the bedroom there is a small flat screen TV on the right side of the wall to fold out.
You can get the spa cards from us.
The final cleaning is 50 euros and is paid when the keys are handed over.
We rent weekly from Monday to Monday.
So you can arrive and leave without traffic jams.
