Room was decent for our stay. The location was good for what we needed. Host was very responsive and kind enough to take our larger bags up to our room because the elevator was being repaired. Originally booked a room on a low floor, so I am not sure why we were put on the top floor, but it all worked out. Nice host!

False advertising and inconsiderate host for safety. Booking was mixed up with another apartment that had air conditioning. Paid and confirmed twice for AC and instead family was given top 5th floor apartment with temperature over 100 degrees. We became ill from the heat and had to find another booking.

Nice Apartment - Great Location - Excellent Experience

Perfectly situated for Marylebone Village - shops, restaurants, cafes, bars - and Regents Park. Worked well for 2 people - compact but has everything you need - modern and functional. The management team were great - very helpful and flexible - resolved a couple of minor issues very promptly. We would go back.

London Get Away

Our party had a lovely London get away and used the Chiltern St Apt as a great home base. The flat comfortably accommodated 4 adults and was conveniently located a few blocks from the Baker St Tube Station. There were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in the area making it easy to grab breakfast on the go or a dessert at the end of our night. The area felt safe when walking at night and the flat was very secure. The staff did a great job communicating before, during and after our stay. I can easily recommend this flat.
