This was a great location...walkable to Broadway and close to lots of great options for food and drink. Onsite gym was better than what you'd get at a hotel. Only knocks were that the pool did not seem to get daily cleaning and still very much pool season for Nashville. Host was responsive.

22 minute walk to Broadway. Great safe neighborhood. Bedroom window was beside LAJackson. Got a little crazy at night but nothing you can’t sleep thru. I would for sure return here.

Check in process not smooth. Couldn’t access building w given code. Luckily someone came along and let me in. The pool is nice in regards to accessibility , size, amount of chairs and palapas. But there was bird poop all over the chairs and lots of baby feathers in the pool. Birds have nested in all the nice trees but they need to hang strings or try other measures to keep birds away. Or keep the sweet birds and supply a hose.

Cute and comfortable place within walking distance to many venues. Communication with host was excellent. Be sure to read all the check in instructions before arrival, it seems a bit overwhelming at first but if you follow the instructions it's a breeze, I'm glad I paid attention to their recommendation on that. We had a great stay without any problems.... :-)

Very pleased with the facilities, location and host! The directions for check in were very well written. Host was available for questions. Facility was central to everything we needed and an easy walk to Broadway. Loved the parking option and secured building! Plenty of room with 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry! Will book again when we are in this area!
