The home is situated in a quiet, suburban area. The decor is tastefully done, the bathroom is clean and the complimentary soaps and towels were a nice touch. The bed is comfy, with fresh linens and a warm fluffy blanket. The check-in instructions were easy to follow. The host was a great communicator the entire stay. My husband and I came into town to visit family and felt right at home at this lovely home. We highly recommend you stay here if you’re visiting the area. We will surely be returning guests.

Love the location

Came to Long Island to visit family. Maria’s place was just what we needed. Perfect space for us. Had everything we needed. Love the location-close to a state park/lake with great walking/running trails. Very close to everywhere we wanted to go. Love Long Island in the summer!

Comfortable studio

Clean and comfortable studio. Private access from main house. I was traveling to the area for a lacrosse tournament with my son and the place was perfect for what we needed. Quiet, clean, and comfortable with plenty of street parking.

Basement in someone’s home

This is a studio basement apartment within a house. The listing does not make that clear. There is only one very small window that does not open and no egress window. It is not safe and is very claustrophobic. .

I can’t say enough about the property and the hosts. Excellent communication throughout my 12 night stay. The property was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed.
