Love the location

Came to Long Island to visit family. Maria’s place was just what we needed. Perfect space for us. Had everything we needed. Love the location-close to a state park/lake with great walking/running trails. Very close to everywhere we wanted to go. Love Long Island in the summer!

The apartment was exactly what we were expecting based on the photographs and description, which was great. A nice space for two people. Communication with the host was excellent, and no issues with check-in.

Comfortable studio

Clean and comfortable studio. Private access from main house. I was traveling to the area for a lacrosse tournament with my son and the place was perfect for what we needed. Quiet, clean, and comfortable with plenty of street parking.

Basement in someone’s home

This is a studio basement apartment within a house. The listing does not make that clear. There is only one very small window that does not open and no egress window. It is not safe and is very claustrophobic. .

Q place is a ground floor studio/apartment as is described in the listing info and It has a secondary emergency door and it has very clear sign indicating “Emergency door”…. We’re sorry you feel that way, we always try to please our guests.

I can’t say enough about the property and the hosts. Excellent communication throughout my 12 night stay. The property was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed.
