This is an entire home instead of just a a shared room w/ no amenities. Private/Spacious. The properties are always being maintained so someone can assist w/ anything.

We moved to Colorado in 1991 to raise our daughter for 25yrs.
Jeff retired from the service dealership in 2015 after 25 yrs.
We moved to Georgia in 2016 to retire.
My father and our daughter moved in with us.
It’s just us now.
We love our home but it’s just to big for us these days.
short term rental is perfect to fill it up and we enjoy making people happy.
