This charming newly-built, year-round 3BR, 2.5 Bath Cape Cod-style getaway is a classic New England home. You will appreciate this prime Ocean Point location with indoor/outdoor entertaining space, a screened porch, and a lovely yard.

ABOUT THE HOUSE: This home embodies classic Maine with plenty of indoor/outdoor entertaining space. Affectionately named the Owl House, this two-story home features a screened porch, a private deck with a grill, and a good size yard for badminton, croquet, or whatever yard games you want to bring. A short walk takes you to fabulous open ocean views including islands, lighthouses, and boats both large and small, with many moored at the Town Dock by the Ocean Point Inn.
LIVING AREAS: The sunlit living room boasts a spacious layout, hardwood floors, and tasteful furnishings including the futon couch, four armchairs, and a 29” TV for you to stream your favorite shows. There is an office/den on the first floor with a full-size sleeper sofa.
KITCHEN & DINING: The well-equipped kitchen comes with a full set of appliances including a gas range. A center island offers ample space for preparing meals as well as 3 bar stools. Gather for meals around the dining table that seats six.
BEDROOMS & BATHS: This home includes three upstairs bedrooms that sleep six. Two full bathrooms (one with tub/shower and one with shower) upstairs. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed and a closet. The en-suite master bath features a walk-in shower. The nautical-themed second bedroom has two twin-size beds as well as a dresser and a closet. A third bedroom provides a queen-size bed and a closet. The full-size sofa bed is on the first floor. The half-bath is on the first floor.
