Located in East Boothbay on breathtaking Ocean Point sits this traditional cottage with three porches. Enjoy the view from the screened porch off the kitchen, the covered porch at the front of the house, or on cool days enjoy the view from inside the cozy windowed porch. Inside you'll find 5 bedrooms, 2 bath and stainless appliances. ​

Built in the 1880s, Three Porches was at one time a lodging for summer visitors called "Millinocket Lodge". It became our owner's family summer home in the early 1950s.

It's a 15 minute walk to Grimes Cove where you can swim and walk along the rocks. When you are ready to leave the Point, it's a 7-mile drive to downtown Boothbay Harbor.
