PARTYING. This is NOT a party house. This is a large spacious home. It`s great for large business groups, family and friends. However, we are not looking for groups whose true intent is to `party` in the house. We want the next guest to have a nice home for their enjoyment and we also want to be good neighbors to those around the home and for the neighborhood. So, RESPECTFULLY, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house.

While covered in the rules, I wanted to highlight some simple rules out of respect for the neighbors and neighborhood. While we have already covered the `no partying`, we also limit the cars to four cars (without permission prior to the reservation) to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed.
We do not permit parties at the property. If the number of vehicles or the guest total exceeds the allowed limit (as posted in the house manual) you could be subject to losing your total deposit and expulsion from the property with no refund. We really are chill overall. It`s so easy.... Please no parties, smoking in the home or unauthorized pets.
If a pet is discovered during your stay or there is evidence of a pet`s presence without the pet fee being paid before arrival, a $200 fee may be charged.
If it is found that there has been smoking in the home, you will forfeit your security deposit.
In some cases, we will need to verify the driver`s license and card used to book the reservation before check-in. Unfortunately, these measures are being implemented to crack down on a rash of television theft in the Atlanta market. Failure to comply could result in your being denied access with no refund.
