About this property

A 5-Coconut rated condo on your own private beach! This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is located next to the Chankanaab Ecological Park and the Uvas Beach club where snorkeling, kayaking and scuba diving take place in the calm waters of the Caribbean ocean every day.

Our condo is close to beach clubs yet secluded from the traffic and crowds of the nearby town. This rental is family friendly and accommodating enough for a group of no more than 7 guests. With all bedrooms come private balconies wrapping around the 2nd floor. Whether you have a view of Cozumel's jungle or the breathtaking views of the ocean, you won't be bored.

Living room has flat screen TV and DVD player. Check out the DVD library and the local cable channels. The dining area can accommodate a seating of 8 persons. Kitchen is supplied with all the utensils needed to cook meals and large bottled water containers are available for your use.

In the mood for snorkeling or scuba diving? Walk to the condo's beach and you can see the most beautiful fish such as the parrot and angel fishes. Quiet time on the terrace? Check out the hammock on patio and see how relaxing it can be!
South of the condo is Tortugas Beach club and Restaurant. Also close to Chankanaab park where you can take in the snorkeling, scuba diving or swimming with dolphins. To the north, 30 steps away is Uva’s Beach club where anyone can always get a cold tropical drink, massage, kayak rentals, or snorkeling.

What more can you ask for? Besides the popular restaurants in town, the shopping, the friendly relaxing atmosphere of the island, the water sports, the sightseeing, there isn't much else to do except come back to the condo to relax after finishing a wonderful day.

One more thing, you will get all the information you need on where to go and what to do while you're in Cozumel. If you rent a car, the super market is only 10 minutes away where you can buy all you need for your stay.

Lovely property - great location!

We've been to Cozumel many times and stayed in many locations. There are a few things that set the Paradise Condos apart: 1. The walk-in snorkeling right off the private beach is excellent. 2. It's located south of San Miguel (no daily inundations with cruise passengers), but it's relatively close to town, so it's a quick trip in for provisions or dinner. 3. It's very close to several good beach clubs, if that's your thing. Also, Lupita, the property manager, is terrific!

Always A Lovely Stay in Paradise!

Paradise condos are always a win for us and this condo was no exception! Best location in Cozumel in our opinions. Just far enough from the hectic traffic in town when the cruise ships are in port, but yet so close everything you could possibly need! The owners are the loveliest people and the property manager was so responsive and kind. 10/10 would stay again! We loved our stay at this condo!.

enjoyed this very much

Loved this location and the low key vibe... we often "couples vacation" in very upscale resorts but with our kids we like to keep it real and manage their expectations of what they get to do as they get older and take themselves places before they experience financial success haha... this wasn't economy but was a very comfortable home-like place for us to hang out. Only feedback would be that the kitchen supplies need a refresh. Sharper knives, never wine glasses and a few non-stick pans for making breakfast would be awesome. Loved that Lupita greeted us with a 6 pack of beer. Nice. We were there 4 days and did dinner out every evening, breakfast was eggs and tortillas that we bought at Oxxo, never made it to the big grocery store. Every morning there was a food truck outside a club just a bit away - we walked - turned right out of the driveway - really yummy and a great walk.

We have been 'hooked' on Mexico since college when we learned to scuba dive and headed down to Cozumel. Now, with our family in tow, we head to Mexico both to the coast (Playa Carmen) and more recently back to Cozumel several times. We fell in love with Cozumel because of the family feeling of the island and because we feel it is Mexico's best kept secret! Cozumel is a great place to bring the family to enjoy the beaches, swimming with dolphins, scuba, snorkeling and especially deep sea fishing. Come see for yourself! Pam and Gary Sullivan

Why they chose this property

We like this property because it was out of town and is peaceful. Other places in town or to the north do not have the sandy walk in beaches. Our does. That is why enjoy it.
