Silvertip perch

Quick family weekend getaway ( 3 teens, 2 parents over 80, and 5 adults). It was great to have no stairs to manage getting in/out of the main floor of home (main gathering area) as well as a bedroom and bathroom for our elderly parents. This was our main criteria was having a very comfortable place for them to be with everybody and to move around easily, without having stairs to manage. It would’ve been helpful to have a little more specific information about the floor plan, and that there are two entrances on two different levels of the home. The place in general was clean with the exception of some overlooked dirty pans in the oven and the outdoor grill with a lot of grease drippings. There was minimal cleaning supplies which would’ve been nice to help. Communication with the property management group was easy, and they were very responsive. But having an actual booklet on the house with information such as utilizing the TV and access to the Wi-Fi would have eliminated the need for the call.
