* Pet Cleaning Fee $25/day/dog.
* Pet $500 Security REFUNDABLE Deposit Also Requried.

* All guests must be listed by name and age at the time of booking

* Exterior Ring camera at the front door for guest safety and property protection
* Professionally cleaned and routinely treated for pests; however, due to the wooded setting, occasional insects may be present
* This is a normal part of life in forested mountain areas and does not reflect the cleanliness of the home
