This Parisian themed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit rests on the first floor of a newly renovated duplex and welcomes up to 8 guests.

It is perfect for traveling professionals and getaways.

We are only minutes away from Houston's popular places such as Midtown, Downtown and The Texas Medical Center.
The space
This space is a newly renovated duplex from the 1940's. This is Unit A, located on the FIRST floor, consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Unit A is accessible from the main front door of the building.

Please note this unit is on the bottom floor and you could have guests above you. We ask for all guests to be courteous when staying here as noise can travel between floors/walls and we want to be respectful of those staying above us.

You can rent the entire duplex by checking out our other listing. It sleeps a total of up to 16 guests. The upstairs is a duplicate of this unit.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire downstairs unit and the shared patio space in the back. There is another garage apartment at the back of the property that is currently occupied.

I’m originally from Memphis, TN, but I’ve lived in and around the loop the last 12 years. I’ve captured a lot of my favorite spots in Houston in the attached Guidebook, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have specific questions on things to do or specific cuisines to eat. I’m a pretty big foodie, so I can point you in the right direction for anything food related and I get out a bit, so know most of the popular places to go.
