For outdoor adventure, pay a visit to the Phoenix Mountains Preserve (16 miles) or the Desert Botanical Garden (26 miles). Upscale shopping and dining await in Old Town Scottsdale, 21 miles away.

After an exciting day, take a refreshing dip in the private pool (which can be heated for an additional fee). Other outdoor highlights include a basketball hoop, an alfresco dining space and gas grill, plush seating, and a firepit. Inside, sophisticated decor and a vibrant color palette create a pristine retreat. Plush furnishings, a modern kitchen, and an open floor plan add to the appeal. Indulge your inner chef in the modern kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The granite island provides ample prep space and seating for everyone. The peaceful primary suite is furnished with a plush king-size bed. Kick-start your morning on the stationary bike, check emails at the desk, and watch your favorite shows on the TV. The en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and a deep bathtub. The second bedroom holds a full-size bed, while the third bedroom includes a king-size bed. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
