About this property

Beach House Just Across the Street from Beach

Beach house is located in Garden City just across the street from the beach (approximately 100 yards). Relax on the covered porch swing and enjoy the sunsets. Shared pool just behind the house. Room for four cars to park under the house. Well stocked kitchen. Cable TV in each bedroom as well as the Den. Tastefully decorated. Picnic table on patio below the house. Outside shower with hot water. Great family beach. Cleaning included in rental fee. Linens are not provided. We only rent by the week Saturday to Saturday from May through September. No prts are allowed.
