Welcome to my Beautiful Beach theme Condo without the Beach prices This Condo is a Beautifully Decorated Ground Floor Condo located just off Hwy 59.in Foley Alabama Close To OWA, The New Tropic Falls Indoor Water Park. Foley Sports Tourism Complex, Foley Sports Plex Tanger Outlet Mall, GlenLakes Golf Club, Gulf Links Golf Center, Lamberts Restaurant (Home of the Throwed Roll), Cracker Barrel, Applebee's, Shrimp Basket, Wolf Bay Lodge along many other Great Family Restaurants. You will also find a Wal-Mart and a Publix less than a block away and a very short drive to Gulf Shores Beautiful White Sandy Beaches This Condo Has been newly Renovated and Tastefully decorated with a Beach and Costal theme. Phil is a great host!

Foley Vacation

We stayed at the condo for baseball and it was such a great location. It was 7 mins to the fields. The pool was refreshing and the condo had everything we needed.

Baseball tournament

The condo was very nice and in a great location close to shopping. It had a nice pool that the kids enjoyed. It wasn’t very far from ballparks and beaches. I would recommend to anyone that’s looking for condo in this area. Owner was easy to get in contact with and was very helpful.

Perfect Property in Foley

This was our first time to ever use VRBO, or even stay in a property like this. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience! The condo was exactly as Mr. Phil described and was a phenomenal place to stay. My girls are still talking about how comfortable the beds were! Plus, it was under two minutes to Publix and WalMart and only 5-7 minutes to OWA and the Foley soccer fields. I will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we are in Foley!

Great location/ Greay Host

The location was a short distant foe the outlet mall, shopping centers, food places, Lambert's, the OWA park. The owner had great communication and mde sure our stay was great! The aparment looked newly renovated and had everything we needed to cook and fell comfortable. Wifi, cable, and access to smart TV channels was a plus. It was also nice to be able to wash and dry our clothes before we check out. I would definitely recommend this property.

Super clean and convenient to everything in the area.

This property was super clean, beautifully updated and tastefully decorated. Has everything you need to cook and stay in for meals should you not want to visit one of the many restaurants in the area. It is convenient to the areas soccer fields and the amusement park and only a short drive to the beach should you desire to go. The unit was quiet and comfortable and had an excellent screened porch which was a perfect place to unwind after a long day of watching soccer in the hot Alabama sun. Sure beat the crowds, noise and high prices of a hotel.

Really enjoyed this place giving 10/10. Condo was very neat clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated and had everything you need to enjoy home away from home. From comfy beds to hot water and great water pressure for a relaxing shower. Communicating with owner was great as he was very respectful, informative and patient with all questions. Will definitely be returning as he will be my first choice when i start searches. 10/10

I understand and support the 10.0 rating!

First off, Phil is amazing. He called us before we arrived and let us know the condo was ready early and we could show up whenever we were ready. Communication with him was great, such a nice guy! We always have a “leave it better than you found it” rule but it was impossible because this place was immaculate. So many amenities and extras within the condo. Multiple streaming subscriptions, already logged in and ready to go. Not to mention the size of the condo. So much space. Pool was amazing, plenty of room to hang out outside the pool as well. 10/10 would stay here again. The kids said if/when we come back they want to stay in this exact condo every time.

Condo was clean with good accommodations. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We stayed for a softball tournament and property was an easy drive to complex. Communication with host was excellent. Check in/out was a breeze. Would recommend.

Great host!

Phil was very accommodating and always responded. Condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Only issue was the refrigerator. A maintenance person came to look at it, but I'm assuming it needed to be replaced. We made it work. Condo was clean and the pool was nice. Perfect location. Away from all the craziness of the beach area, but only a 20 minute drive away when we wanted to head to the beach and explore Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Thanks Phil, we had a great stay and visit!!
