Welcome to my Beautiful Beach theme Condo without the Beach prices This Condo is a Beautifully Decorated Ground Floor Condo located just off Hwy 59.in Foley Alabama Close To OWA, The New Tropic Falls Indoor Water Park. Foley Sports Tourism Complex, Foley Sports Plex Tanger Outlet Mall, GlenLakes Golf Club, Gulf Links Golf Center, Lamberts Restaurant (Home of the Throwed Roll), Cracker Barrel, Applebee's, Shrimp Basket, Wolf Bay Lodge along many other Great Family Restaurants. You will also find a Wal-Mart and a Publix and a Dollar Tree less than a block away and a very short drive to Gulf Shores Beautiful White Sandy Beaches This Condo Has been newly Renovated and Tastefully decorated with a Beach and Costal theme. This Condo is Fully Furnished and is Very Comfortable (I use it myself not just a rental) . We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and furnished as was described. The convenience of everything is great.The YMCA is just 2 minutes around the corner, which came in handy as it rained everyday of our stay. The communication with the owner was on point. We forgot the code and he was in touch within minutes. It is a hidden gem.

AMAZING Our stay here was wonderful. Our host, Mr Phil, was beyond courteous. He walked me through the entire check-in process via phone call, which was like a guided tour. He patiently assisted us when we forgot our code. The condo was clean with plenty of amenities. The location was the perfect. We were in town for a softball tournament and this condo was minutes from EVERYTHING: Foley Sportsplex 10 min, OWA 8 min, Tanger Oulets 5 minutes, Walmart/Publix 3 minutes. Honestly, if I knew that my daughter’s team was playing again next year, I’d go ahead and book it! You’re literally in the best spot for everything. Even if you should be playing in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, this spot is still perfect! Pool is right outside from the condo. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use the pool the last 2 days of our stay, not the fault of the host, but there was filtering issue and it had to be closed. I can’t say enough positive things about our stay.

We have spent 100s of hours working and remodeling this condo to make it the show place of Park Ave Condominiums and we are proud of the results of our hard work.

So, if you are a Golfer, A beachcomber, A Shopper or A Fisherman this Condo offers something for everyone,
