Quiet Spacious Cottage - Mid-City District

You will be close to everything when you stay here. This home has spacious common areas and a backyard that make you feel right at home. An abundance of natural light for reading. Smart TVs throughout for entertainment. The back deck/yard are big enough for your whole group to enjoy! Location wise - it's hard to beat; just off Government St. (Mid-City District) with the best local shops and restaurants in Baton Rouge. LSU and downtown are also nearby.
The space
The common areas include a living room, dining area, coffee/reading nook and kitchen. In the kitchen you will find granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are smart TVs throughout the home with every streaming app available to you. Laundry and bathrooms are stocked with all your cleaning needs. Beds are king, queen and double making it easy to fit 2 people per room comfortably.

Other things to note
Hi, there's a tiny home in the back yard detached from the house where I reside. I have everything I need in the tiny house so when guests are present I'm conscious to not disturb guests in the main home. Past a friendly greeting the only correspondence we'll have is if you need my help with anything. I love meeting new people but I travel frequently and respect other's peace above most things. Just respect the home and enjoy your stay :)

Our stay in Baton Rouge

The property is spacious and the yard was great. Extremely pet friendly and the dogs loved running the back yard. The deck had a few loose boards, but otherwise the back yard was perfect for what we needed. Host is easy to reach and very accommodating.

Ruim en goed uitgerust huis

Prima verblijf gehad. Rustige buurt. Huis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Foto's en omschrijving op site komen overeen met de werkelijkheid Gastheer reageert snel op vragen en is een aardige man.
