We enjoyed staying at Matthew’s Carriage House. He was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. It’s a very cute, clean and cozy place and I highly recommend it! I hope to be back soon!

Great Cozy Cottage

This house was perfect for our girls weekend. Beautiful accommodations and great location and proximity to everything we wanted to do. Food, shopping, parks, ect all within walking distance. One small note. Listing stated onsite parking but it was all street parking. That said, there was plenty of parking and no trouble parking the entire trip. Would absolutely book again!

Great weekend

Came up for a wedding with a young child. The rental was in a great location near all the main attractions but with plenty of privacy and space. A great value for what you get. Appreciate the quick communication from the host.

Most Charming Place

We were bowled over by how perfect the accommodations at the Carriage House were. We are a family of 8 - 6 young adults and my husband and I. The home is so cute but don’t think cute means tiny - it was charming, clean, roomy and so comfortable for us. We were thrilled and hope to stay again but next time spend more time exploring the area.

Wedding weekend stay

Great neighborhood. Host was not that responsive to my questions. Would have loved a box of tissues to be available. The place lacked some small personal touches we’ve had in other rental properties but the location was very nice and quiet. Overall I would recommend and would stay there again. (I’d just bring more stuff)

Great place

We stayed here for a last minute getaway with our family of 5 (older kids aged 15, 14 and 10). The carriage house is super charming. It was plenty of space for all of us and very comfortable. Heading/air units in each room to keep the temperature comfortable was a great bonus. Kitchen has everything we needed. Steps and balcony in lofted area wouldn’t be safe for small children but was no problem for our older kids. My husband and I walked to town for dinner and it was an easy, pleasant walk (maybe took about 10 minutes). Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location and neighborhood

We were visiting for a family wedding..we were very pleased with the location and neighborhood. The neighborhood is beautiful! The carriage house fit our group fine however we were disappointed to find the beds were not all king and queen as promised…. When I reached out to the owner we never heard anything back. (We made do by bringing an air mattress in from another Rental.) as
