tolle Lage, allerdings handelt es sich nicht um eine Doppelhaushälfte sondern um ein mittleres Haus. Sehr hellhörig. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig - überall Spinnweben und Spinnen im Haus, gebrauchte Pflaster vom Vormieter auf der Terrasse, einige Schimmel-Stellen im Bad.
